Pre-Order Policy
What is Preorder?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released.
How to pre-order
-
To reserve a product marked with the "pre-order" ribbon, simply add it to your shopping cart.
-
A credit/Debit Card is required to make a pre-order purchase. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the same time to hold any GGC unreleased items which will also include any applicable tax and shipping costs.
-
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number.
When will I receive my pre-order(s)?
-
Generally, pre-orders are delivered on the listed Release Date
-
Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, military or diplomatic bases, and certain zip codes may take longer.
-
Attempted delivery on or before the delivery date meets our estimated delivery timeline. Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or credit card information, or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.
What happens if a pre-order release date changes?
-
Pre-order release dates we list (or email) on our site are based on information we receive from manufacturers and could be subject to change. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled altogether, we will notify you via the email address on file
Can I cancel my pre-order
-
Yes, you may cancel your order up until the item enters the shipping process, in general, 10 days before the currently scheduled release date. For more information on shipping, returns, and refunds, please check our FAQ.
-
Refunds will be accepted 7-10 business days after the product release date. If the original payment was made by credit/debit card, any refund needed will be refunded back to the same credit card used. The refund will appear on the credit card within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
